- Multi million dollar project delivered by multiple international vendors and in-house team (total of tens of resources)
- Company wide- spanning different functions such as Sales, Operations, Customer Service and Marketing
- External and internal audience: Company's customers, affiliates and employees
- Replacing a number of current core systems and processes
- Enhancing efficiency, productivity with tremendous cost saving.
- Leading business analysis, solution architecture, development, testing and delivering a state-of-art solution that address company's needs.
- Managing timeline, budget and resources of different simultaneous tracks
- Aligning with the fast growth peace of the company by adjusting and accommodating changes and needs without impacting project main stream
- Align with company wide level change management and marketing campaigns to ensure a smooth transition with minimal cost
- Ensure business continuity and stability of delivered modules while maintaining incremental delivery
-Building Dynamics CRM and Sharepoint solutions and offering technical expertise and consultancy across various project stages: business analysis, solution architecture, solution development, QA, deployment and trainings.
