- Maintaining proper record of all data pertaining to Clients, Production, Claims, etc.
- Monitoring Key Accounts performance both Underwriting & Motor perspective.
- Compile daily reports of all units.
- Close coordination with all units of Motor & departments heads.
- Compiling productivity reports for all units.
- Oversee all the ongoing projects for Motor Department, Collecting and providing required Data/ Files.
- Tracking of Paid and outstanding claims on weekly basis.
- Tracking of Motor Production on monthly basis.
- To ensure achievement of performance standards for timing, quality and most significantly, viability and competitiveness of quotes offered
