JOB PURPOSE
To deliver high impact competency based training programmes that inspire and prepare a multicultural audience within AXA Cooperative, in line with the Corporate Strategy, goals and business plans incorporating best working practices.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support the Talent and Development Department (T&D) in conducting Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and design of courses, including adaptation and improvement of existing course material. This is to ensure programmes remain relevant, up-to-date and accurate and are able to cater to the diverse learning styles of a multinational audience whilst maintaining focus on learning objectives. The audience may also be third parties, where application of LNA and implementation of findings will ensure repeat business and maximise revenue.

Identify and analyse trends in feedback received from relevant sources such as learners, business units and provide recommendations and ideas to the T&D department for appropriate action.

To provide T&D with input for the design and implementation of training programmes for all front line staff as appropriate to ensure Service Delivery and Corporate objectives are met. This includes reviewing and revising training plans to ensure they remain up-to-date and in compliance with relevant legislation, alongside development and revision of exams and evaluation forms for practical training sessions ( this would include internal programs and external mandatory/regulatory programs such IFCT/E).

Deliver a range of training courses to a multicultural audience so as to meet all necessary regulations and standards, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and competencies. Ensure all course materials; training aids and equipment are prepared in advance through liaison with T&D Support personnel. This will also include the management of learners' registration and attendance for internal and external training. Monitor training costs and provide T&D support with an update regarding the same for budgeting purposes.

Performance manage Learners through coaching and continuous assessment. Monitor, guide and counsel learners throughout the programme. This may include liaison with Human Resources and Line Management to support the learning process and individual development. This support may be given within a classroom environment or through other learning aids such as e-learning modules.

As required within training area, produce confidential reports and where appropriate conduct end of course interviews with individual learners regarding their performance. Where applicable review ongoing development plans to further support individual learning and career development of the learners. Produce reports as required by the business to identify and communicate trends and issues which may require corrective action.

Participate in project work as required, to achieve business objectives and ensure delivery of results in order to implement and/or maintain best working practices.

Recommend ways and means to improve and enhance the learning experience using different learning approaches, tools and technologies.

Maintain continued professional development keeping updated within area of expertise and/or the Insurance industry. Disseminate and communicate knowledge to colleagues and learners to foster a shared learning environment
