A leading manufacturer in the Middle East, located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, engaged in the manufacturing of Decorative Laminates (HPL & CPL), Melamine faced MDF panels, Melamine Edgeband and Parqe Laminate Flooring, is looking for competent personnel to work as Sales Representative.
Job Purpose:
The main purpose of the Sales Representative's role is to develop sales strategies and increase sales in his geographical area, source new sales opportunities, establish contact with existing customers, following up on the potential leads and monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.
Major Work Tasks:
- Present, promote and sell company products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing presence in the assigned territory.
- Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory.
- Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.
Follow up with the customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer to any questions or concerns.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
