Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
Role Purpose:
To help the management team in analytical and quantitative research, analysis, decision support (building financial models) and in execution of real estate engagements within Saudi Arabia.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
1) Financial Modeling:
• Conceive, prepare, analyze, and quality control financial models for Real Estate Investment & Development
• Calibrate & structure models for a variety of uses and outputs such as financial statements, key financial ratios, scenario analysis for the benefit of management, investors, and financiers
• Ensure key business drivers & assumptions effect the model(s) rationally and have been appropriately validated
• General knowledge of real estate benchmarks and metrics to analyze, evaluate and control projects
2) Research & Analysis:
• Identify and gather research in support of active engagements
• Perform various modes of research (desktop, primary, etc.) for active engagements & other opportunities
• Execute client engagements and other active projects
• Analyze key information using standard methodologies for preparing value added solutions
3) Business Documentation:
• Creation of impactful presentations, pitch books, private placement memorandums and other reports for external consumption
• Project-based execution of various client engagements related to Real Estate Development Services
4) Administration:
• Assist Executive Management in various tasks as and when required
