The Customer Service Representative will be tasked to provide an exceptional level of customer service both through written and verbal methods. The candidate must possess a good customer service experience, developed in a Shipping Industry Company. The Customer Service Representative will also be able to work under pressure and work to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a mixture of inbound and outbound calls from/to customers looking for help with obtaining further information on services
• Offering an exceptional level of customer service to both customers and internal/external stakeholders
• Explain and sell the benefits of the services, handling customers objections successfully
• Adhere to internal and external regulatory frameworks
