• Visits existing and potential customers to address customer needs, identifies requirements, delivers sales presentations and develops business relationships.
• Works closely with the marketing to ensure customer focus and co-ordination of sales campaigns.
• Drives Company’s distribution strategy in the assigned geographical area.
• Maintains appropriate level of client contact, management and relationship building that includes delivering outstanding customer service, timely response and proactive solutions to address customer’s needs.
• Negotiates and closes sales agreements to ensure profitable outcomes for the company and to provide value to customers.
• Reviews trends and develop target according to geographical regions
• Designs geographical coverage plans to maximize market penetration and sales efficiency. Develops sub-distributor model for largely populated countries
• Works with trade marketing to develop sales promotion plans for the region.
• Resolves problems arising in the sales process and escalates to GM as appropriate.
• Handles customer's complaints or inquiries when escalated, examines returned merchandise and resolves customer issues.
• Reviews resource requirements
• Manages various dealers in different countries including performance management and market development
• Defines drives and communicates best practices across the customer base.
• Develops & maintains strong awareness of industry trends, market intelligence & competition and exploits opportunities as appropriate
