• The control of the service departments, and may include the development for establishing additional future potential workshop outlets.
• Focus on customer service, to ensure both remedial work and pre-delivery work is performed on time and with excellence. Customer satisfaction is a primary responsibility of this role.
• Setting and maintaining the pricing structure for all labor charges (including traveling & overtime charges).
• Liaising with Finance department to ensure customers remain within credit limits and ensuring receipt of payment from customers.
• Ensuring all Warranty claims to suppliers are submitted in a timely basis, and regularly followed up until finalized with all suppliers.
• Coordinating and communicating with suppliers on a regular basis to ensure their satisfaction with the performance of the company. And maintain direct contact with the manufacturers for technical matters.
• Manufacturers’ annual evaluation: Follow and implement each manufacturer evaluation done on a yearly basis.
• Establishing Budget in conjunction with Regional Managers, General Manager and the Finance Manager.
• Maintain staff harmony and improve productivity. Inspiring pride of workmanship in all staff.
• Ensure sufficient staffs are trained in each of the franchises to ensure the smooth operation of the business in the event of vacations, holiday periods and unforeseen circumstances.
• Establish labor planning and utilization to ensure the most effective mix of staff is utilized, and then monitoring against those plans.
• Establishment of Hydraulic Bench setup; experience in doing this will be highly regarded; and establish marketing tools and materials to promote the use of services to our customers.
• Recruitment of staff and maintaining required Saudisation ratios.
