• The profitable operation of the region including branches and outlets, while coordinating with other regional managers and the General Manager to act in the best interests of the company. This includes the close monitoring of all costs within the region.
• Focus on customer service, ensuring existing customers are highly satisfied while driving the search for new business.
• Supervising, supporting and driving the sales team in the execution of their duties, including recruitment and training to ensure high product knowledge and high sales of all franchises.
• Coordinating and controlling the spare parts and workshop activities, in conjunction with the Country Spare Parts Manager and the National Service Manager.
• Liaising with Finance department to ensure customers remain within credit limits and ensuring receipt of dues from customers. Controlling the receivables in the region is a key element of the job.
• Liaising with HR for recruitment, training, travel, and Saudisation. This includes maintaining required Saudisation ratios and developing Saudi staff to make a positive contribution to the business.
• Establishing the annual budget in conjunction with the General Manager and Finance Manager.
• Liaising and communicating with suppliers on a regular basis to ensure their satisfaction with the performance of the company, and to undertake the manufacturers annual evaluation, and follow and implement each manufacturers recommendation where deemed appropriate.
• Submit equipment sale and purchase forecasts to Operations Manager/General Manager on a timely basis.
• Submit accurate lost deals report to Operations/General manager on a timely basis.
• Maintain staff harmony and improve productivity.
• Establish marketing tools and materials to promote the use of services to our customers.
