This position is responsible for the achievement of sales objectives, sustainable growth of the Retail Sales, and increase cash sales.
Business Planning - Apply business plans initiatives by implementing best time management planning to increase our efficiency to achieve targeted customer base growth.
- Contribute in weighing plan workshop yearly (on Dec) to identify yearly, monthly, and daily plans for his territory.
Sales Operations - Visits his customers (Office/Workshop) regularly according to his plan to create sales and demand and provide services and recommendations to the customer in order to achieve monthly sales target (Attached).
- Apply POS materials to gain the best visibility as per the guidelines.
- Ensure the display of our products to attract end users.
- Ensure proper usage of company assets such as cars and other belongings to increase efficiency and reduce waste cost.
Collection of Receivables - Follow up customer payments on weekly basis to collect due amounts not to exceed credit limits and period.
- Provide to the credit management control the necessary documents and letters required to open new accounts or increase credit limit as per company policy.
- Increase number of customers dealing in cash of total customers.
