Our Client
Is a leading Beverage manufacturing, production and distribution company in KSA. They are an excellent company to work for with a strong reputation in leading global brands. They are urgently looking to bring on board a Chief Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Jeddah.
Your Role
To lead and manage the company plant production equipment mechanical maintenance to meet Annual Operating Plans at the most economical operating cost achievable and maintenance of DC and other warehouses mechanically related components meeting set KPI targets within quality standards and management vision.
Lead the on-time rectification of all the day-to-day mechanical issue. This includes inter-departmental coordination ensuring that issues that are complex & require different field of expertise (e.g. automation & instrumentation) are made available on time. Ensure that section supervisor attend meetings that establish production requirements & determine issues. Also ensure that MP2 Work Orders are in-place.
Assess, recommend & generate spare parts purchases ensuring that the established inventory level is achieved while maintaining line production quality & equipment reliability & efficiency.
Develop and build capabilities through continuous training of the Mechanical Supervisors & staff to convert objectives. Review and analyze daily data together, determine improvement opportunities and delegate responsibilities
