Responsibilities:
You will
• Lead the application team of 4-6 people (Developers and Functional consultants)
• Provide leadership and guidance to the application team including coaching, mentoring, and evaluation with the end goal being optimum performance levels.
• Hire and retain best possible technical talent
• Coordinate and optimize the Incident, Problem Management, and Change Management processes for all applications (AX, CRM, Portal, …)
• Be responsible for the whole applications cycle from: development, support, deployment, training and transition
• Analyze business problems, document business requirements, create and maintain test scripts, test bug fixes and enhancements, document test results, facilitate UAT and assure software quality.
• Provide expertise and guidance related to application functionality, design and integration.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, with the goal of streamlining business processes, adding efficiencies, implementing best practices, adding and improving cost controls and maximizing profits.
• Work with business owners to define scope for projects and maintenance requests
• Prepare the Service Level Agreements with the managers of the business units and program management
• Be responsibility for the training of 1st and 2nd level support for systems and processes change.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and communicate the solution to non-technical management and peers.
• Collaborate with third party providers and implementation partners to reduce application defects and ensure system stability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors so we can maximize our usage of their products.
