Role purpose:
To be part of a high performance team that delivers a state of the art Health Information System Product. HIS is planned to be a long term project, with System planned for Primary Healthcare centers in the first phase, which could lead up to cover the use cases of Secondary Care and bigger facilities. Candidate is expected to have hand-on experience in testing enterprise Web applications preferably with experience in the Healthcare domain. Expected to operate according to the policies and procedures followed within ELM.
Key responsibilities / activities :
• Creating and executing new feature test plans
• Creating and executing integration test plans
• Synchronise with automation and development engineers to update processes and test plans
• Driving quality improvements through bugs, processes, and test plans
• Write automated unit tests
• Collaborate with the other teams within Technology division for various activities
Competencies :
• Communication : Speaks fluently, Responds quickly to the needs of an audience and to their reactions and feedback.
• Analyzing : Makes rational judgments from the available information and analysis.
• Healthcare domain : Exposure to healthcare domain - Patient Administration & Clinical Modules, Coding standards, HL7, Device Integrations
