1. Reporting to Manager Internal Audit, the candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, and familiar with various computer systems and applications.
2. Develops audit programs and testing procedures relevant to identified risks, controls in place and audit objectives.
3. Ability to observe and understand business processes ensuring processes are documented completely and accurately.
4. Examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of existing, information systems, policies and procedures and business internal controls.
5. Perform the planning and execution of financial and operational audits, compliance audits and special projects.
6. Obtains and reviews evidences ensuring audit conclusions are well-documented.
7. Must be able to write audit reports in English Language describing the results of audit reviews, findings requiring corrective actions, & recommendations for improvements; conduct follow up reports on initial report findings.
8. Must possess highly developed analytical skills and the ability to think creatively about ways to analyze business process.
9. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to comfortable communicate to all levels of management one-on-one and to groups to explain policies and procedures, and to persuade others to accept or adopt a specific opinion or action.
10. Excellent listener and have great attention to details.
11. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
