Position Main Objective:
Control the movement of all processes in warehouse, and coordination with different Departments. And Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Control the movement of goods from suppliers, check for accuracy, and report any damage or loss could occur in order to reconcile the balance.
• Check Shipments concerning Temp. Monitors and report any deviation to Purchasing, QMR and Suppliers for proper action.
• Issue all transfers within main W/H & branches (KSA), monitor &
• Control transfer of products, and ensure accurate delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales Depts. and branches for issuing and processing all transfers, and ensure all opened cases are closed.
• Follow with Finance and Purchasing for closing all GRNs and transfers non conformities.
• Apply Receiving and Transferring processes as per our SOPs and QMS.
• Immediate removal of quarantined items (Damaged & Expired) based on official documentation.
• Conduct a random stock count from time to time for accuracy.
• Ensure accurate and professional archiving system.
• Ensure Bar coding system is running correctly and applied properly.
• Ensure positioning of products in its correct location on shelves as per bar coding system.
• Supervise the process of deliveries of invoices to customers, and ensure proper daily manifest execution.
• Performs other duties and takes responsibilities as assigned.
