Job Description
- Identifying Potential Customers, mapping the HR Organization of the Prospective Customers and reaching out to the HR Heads to acquire Business
- Demonstrating and explaining Silah HR Products to the HR Professionals in the industry in the best possible way
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in various organizations for business development
- Ensure, Monthly and Quarterly Sales Targets are achieved both in terms of New Client acquisition and Repeat Business from existing Customers.
- Implement sales strategies
- Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects
- set up targets & ensure they are reached
- responsible for the development/ acquisition of key accounts
- manage the existing key accounts & ensure a maximum exposure of your employer.
- Preparing proposals and marketing campaigns
