Provide technical support to the 90-day rolling plan for one or more assigned businesses. This includes the planning for the Mode of Transportation (MOTs), key raw materials, balancing of capacities, achieving optimum output from site’s push strategy.
1. Participates in goal setting process. (I.e. operational costs, asset utilization, operational reliability, etc.)
1. Monitor actual performance versus plan and engage cross-functional efforts to resolve.
2. Performs appropriate Manage Production roles as determined by Plant / Business. Example: ODMS, OPWP, OPD, etc.
3. Serve as a local site rep for integration of site material flows.
4. Understands and applies skills and knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC) technology, quality programs, to maximize plant asset utilization and produce low cost, quality products.
5. Follow and help enhance/improve work processes, Operating Discipline, management systems, and enabling technologies.
6. Create scenarios of production and supply chain capabilities and limitations using technical models.
7. Serve as a Process Safety focal point in his assigned area to participate in PHA, HAZOP, RCA…etc.
8. Support the linkages between plant operations and other functions are effective. (I.e. Maintenance, EH&S, Logistics, Process Control, etc.)
9. Analyze any material flow and PC work process changes and ensure such changes are implemented to ensure effective & efficient system
10. Support site integration between producing units and downstream.
11. Maintain material data system for (SAP, PCOM, ZPACK, BOMs).
12. Ensures follow up on detailed activities and compliance issues to site services processes that are related to their specific area of responsibility.
13. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/ manager.
