Job Summary:
Direct interaction with patients both inbound and outbound via telephone calls, faxes includes transaction processing using a computer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives and promptly resolves consumer enquiries concerning booking, rescheduling Open and close clinics and canceling the appointments with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- Perfectly and accurately search a large number of physicians of different clinics in the system to find out the most suitable time and physician for the patient.
- Functions comfortably in a fast-paced contact center environment where every call is monitored, recorded, and assessed to meet required performance levels.
- Takes rapidly-arriving incoming telephone calls one immediately after another.
- Searches for and enters information on a computer, toggling among
- open windows on the desktop, while on the phone.
- Follows the processes and procedures that the contact center defines for. Handling calls on every call.
- Effectively executes inbound and outbound consumer communications.
- Performs monthly routine statistics on e.g. rescheduled cancelled appointments, GPO blocking causes, etc.
- Assumes ownership for enquiries made by the consumer until such time the issue is dispatched to another service entity e.g. information center, help desk, complaints desk.
- Actively engages in consumer database development and mining.
- Assisting in the front office as needed
