A leading trading and contracting company is looking for a Finance Director to join their growing team!
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Build long term financial strategy for the company with special emphasis on value creation and growth.
* Set objectives, targets and KPIs for the financial performance of the company
* Accountable for the company's overall financial performance
* Prepare the company reports and introduce it to the board of directors
* Answer to the board’s inquiries and provide to them plans and details related to the accounting, finance and company’s performance
* Manage the development and implementation of the company’s business plan
* Administer and manage the budgetary control function on corporate level
* Assure all accounts are directed as per IFRS and local Saudi regulations
* Build activity based costing exercises and advice the management regarding the best approach for achieving the maximum efficiency
* Build and implement financial policies and procedures for the finance and accounting department
* Monitor and Assure a proper implementation of the department policies and procedures
* Advise senior managers regarding the investment decisions of the company through building feasibilities and different scenarios and using DCF methodology
* Prepare and review contracts/payment terms with the clients and assure the feasibility of all projects.
* Act as a co‐pilot for the CEO/VP in terms of financial decisions
* Advice all departments of the financial implications of their decisions
* Manage the disbursement/payment process for vendors/suppliers and assure all transactions are aligned with the quarterly budget.
* Establish long term relationship with banks and other financial institutes and secure the needed facilities. Run the negotiations with banks to secure the best deal for the company
* Assure healthy and proper relation with Zakat and Income department and assure documents and accounts are accurate and follow the regulations set by the government
* Build and implement annual risk management plan
* Review the company's accounts and preparation of financial statements.
* Manage and control all accounting aspects in the company.
