Our client in the Bottling Business (FMCG) is wanting to hire a Human Resource Director to manage all the day to day actives in the department. Candidate must have at least 7 to 10 years of experience in the same sector.
Proven experience as HR Director
Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
Strong knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
35 to 45 years old.
7 to 10 years experience.
Fluent in English is essential.
