The Legal & Contracts Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Closely coordinates with the Legal department at NHC.
- Provide legal advice and opinions on issues and disputes referred by senior management.
- Interpret and give advise on existing and new laws.
- Examine contracts, agreements, RFPs and RFQs before submission.
- Study and prepare draft by-laws, policies and legislations regulating Sharakat (Partnerships) technical and administrative work.
Perform legal studies and researches for improving efficiency of Sharakat (Partnerships) applicable legislations.
