Merchandising Manager
The Manager, Visual Merchanding is responsible for visual strategies that will evolve Visual Merchandising presentations to build brand equity, are customer intuitive and scalable for all stores. Collaborate with Creative, Translation, Marketing, Merchants, Space Planning and Store Operations to ensure optimal profitability and in store experience. Responsible for directing and managing the execution of the Intimates floor sets, launches/translations and tests by season. Manages, executes and drives projects based on the Visual Calendar timelines. Develops merchandising strategy for each floor set as an outcome of every Seasonal Creative Summit. Review and adjust strategies to be in alignment with all current business trends by floor set.
