• Gather formal specification requirements from the Operations Department or the Medical Department or by the Logistics Department


• Manage from end to end research and development projects with MSF logistics technical officers or with the operational support center;


• Identify and develop/adapt equipment for to the specific requirements of humanitarian medicine.


• Oversee testing and calibration of equipment at headquarters and field in collaboration with Logistics Supervisors and Coordinators for validation.
