• Receiving, preparation and analysis of food, feed and raw material samples for Proximate, nutritional analysis etc.
• To calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot the analytical instruments such as Kjeltec, Soxtec, AAS, Fibertec,
• To develop and validate the new method and to modify the existing method as per requirement.
• Preparation of the reports and submission of the reports to Group Lab. Manager for review and approval.
• To prepare reagents and samples as required.
• To make sure all analytical records and verification data should be updated.
• To manage the cleaning, Five S and hygiene activities in the Lab
