• Develop supply forecasts based on the sales forecast considering inventory targets to ensure availability.
• Review supply numbers with coordinate purchasing and suppliers to ensure availability on time.
• Coordinate cross-functional with WH, Transportation and Inbound Logistics by daily communication to ensure availability on time.
• Interact with demand, sales, marketing, and F&A on weekly basis to understand demand forecast drivers.
• Provide input to WH, Transportation and Inbound Logistics to enable them to plan their Space, fleet capacities to ensure optimum cost.
• Define inventory target and align with F&A by using inventory modules to ensure availability meeting targets.
• Review the supply numbers orders status on weekly basis with vendors to update sales team and create proactive action plans.
