PURPOSE:
Perform detailed phases of design work for various project types requiring interface and collaboration with other engineering disciplines.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Generating design concept options, schematic studies, and design details while providing graphic and modeling support.
Works with Technical Director to define design deliverables for client presentations and other project milestones
Provides graphic support for all aspects of the design process
Able to interpret a building program and generate varied design concepts.
Effectively communicate with the client to define distinctions or points of clarification to achieve project goals.
Completes assignments completely, efficiently, and within the time frame and budget required.
Participate in project reviews regarding project costs, budgets and adherence to schedule.
Understanding of building materials, specifications, and construction techniques.
