Defines a clear strategy for recruiting that enables a sustainable recruiting model to deliver the needs of the business
Defines recruiting processes and drive standardization of processes across the recruiting network
Builds, leads, coach and provide timely feedback to direct reports and the organization to build recruiting capability
Partners closely with the business to understand evolving needs and works hand in hand with them to deliver staffing solutions
Creates new opportunities for finding skilled candidates through advertising and other means
Help verifies potential candidates including facilitating background checks and employment verifications
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, for example newspapers, websites, magazines;
Uses social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates.
Requests references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the Requester
Briefs the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
negotiates pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between Requester and candidates
Reviews recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmers.
