• Maintaining agenda and assisting in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
• Attending meetings and keeping minutes.
• Receiving and screening phone calls
• Handling and prioritizing all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
• Making and handling travel arrangements.
• Handling confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Conducting research and preparing presentations or reports as assigned by the General Manager.
• Translating memos, official letters, and other materials as requested by the General Manager from Arabic to English and vice versa.
• Transcribing drafts, proofreading and revising correspondence, memos, agendas, etc.
• Preparing for monthly, weekly, daily meetings.
• Arranging and maintaining all original contracts.
• Performing any other duties related to his/her job as assigned by the General Manager.
