Key Responsabilities:
- Ensure the safety of self and all others on site by compliance with all safety requirements and behaving in a safe manner at all times
- Pre-batch the raw materials as per the picking list
- Transfer, check, and charge raw materials, control process materials, sampling, filling maintain the process parameters such as temperature, machine speed)
- Drives forklift machines to stack and remove materials from the racks and transfer pans on the production floor
- Support site continuous improvement activities
- Ensure that assigned machines and area are kept tidy and clean on
- Support shift manager to carry out the duties assigned in absence of other team leaders
- Co-ordinate with the shift manager to make sure all operations are carried out to maximum efficiency
- Coach Operators on the manufacturing of paint (methods, processes, and machines) or operation of warehouse
- Raise job tickets for the breakdown of the machines on the system to the engineering team
- Carry out your weekly/ monthly audits and other audits as required Abide by all company policies
