We are looking for an Organization Development Manager, who is Creative, Proactive, and Passionate, to plan, develop, implement, and administer HR programs for company employees. Additionally he will be responsible for development and integration of human resource programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives, in one of the leading suppliers for Medical Devices in KSA.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support organization to be a high performing organization; to include initiatives which foster a high-performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.
- Lead on the development of a staff skills and knowledge database in order to maximize the diverse talents of the organization.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures in collaboration with the General Manager, HR Partner, and Quick Wins Consultants.
- Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
- Assists with planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance of labor relations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, diversity and compensation programs.
