Key Responsibilities
• Plan, develop and innovate recruitment strategies
• Manage recruitment channels, and provided services contracts
• Manage recruitment team activities
• Manage job advertisements portal contracts
• Manage job fairs, and recruitment campaigns
• Perform needs analysis, and participate in manpower plans
• Prepare recruitment plan, and budget
• New employee orientation and induction programs
• Writing JD’s, updating old JD’s, and managing their advertisements
• Manage and Control recruitment budget, if applicable
• Report to management and coordinate with HR manager
• Maintain team performance
