The role holder is responsible for developing technical plans for customized solutions for customers in line with their technical and business requirements. The role holder is also responsible for ensuring proper RFP/RFQ management, as well as proper technical and commercial design.
RFP / RFQ Management
* Performs analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFP) / Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for new opportunities from a feasibility point of view in order to make go/no-go decisions.
* Allocates required resources including technical, financial, legal, etc. in matters related to the preparation of a response to RFPs / RFQs.
* Solicits inputs from Network for the development of commercial proposals and ensures that all the commercial requirements of the RFP / RFQ are addressed.
* Tracks the status of the assigned RFP / RFQ in order to ensure that the status of work is in line with the established schedule.
* Creates technical documentation/specifications of customized solutions to assist in drafting responses to RFPs / RFQs.
Technical and Commercial Design
* Performs the translation of business requirements into technical plans for new customized solutions.
* Liaises with Marketing for training and with Sales to deliver sales pitches and develop relationships with customers to enhance revenue generation for identified customized solutions.
