• Monitoring of Safety Policies and Plans at all levels of construction.
• Monitoring and reporting on implementation of HSE regulations
• Conducting HSE training and tool box talks.
• Ensure arrangements for induction of new employees.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.
• Keep the management updated on PPEs and First Aid supplies.
• Regular inspection of working area.
• HSE hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Incident / Accident investigation& Reporting.
• Essential arrangements to ensure the safe working procedure is implemented & being followed
• Environment protection and Pollution Control.
• Inspection of tools and heavy lifting equipment.
• Assist in developing project specific Environmental, Safety and Health Emergency Response Plans.
• Arrangement for Trainings session for workers.
• Monitor and guide the workforce on general safety rules and safe work practices.
• Ensure Fire prevention measures during hot jobs at site.
• Ensure that all skilled worker, operators and drivers are suitably trained and having state approved license/certification.
• Managing First aid and health organization and facilities at site.
• Co-ordinate and monitor the "Permit to Work" system.
• Ensure that all equipment at site have third party certificates.
