• Supervising the daily running of a digital contact center, effective resource planning and implementing contact center strategies and operations


• Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded;


• Supervising all staff


• Update & record all relevant communications


• Handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries;


• Responsible for managing staff performance to meet SLAs


• Optimize resources across digital / non-digital channels to meet desired SLAs .


• Responsible for applying project plans.


• Leading & Monitoring progress of other members of the project team.


• Maintaining Project schedules and ensuring all timelines are met.


• Responsible for all daily, weekly & monthly reports
