Responsibilities:
• Providing overall support to the Human Resources function
• Heavily involved in the following day to day activities: HR administration, data entry, systems update, filing, etc.
• Assisting Human Resources Manager in developing, implementing policies.
• Performing administrative and procedural duties as required for effective operation of the Human Resources department
• Ensuring maintenance of accurate and up to date employees’ records.
• Assist in HR/Admin tasks, preparing & collecting requirements, documentation and follow-up in accordance to Policy and law
• On-boarding (Recruitment-Selection-Hiring), Training, Performance Evaluation, and Off-boarding
