• Sourcing of candidates by initial screening, personal interviews / telephonic interviews and handling the entire joining process of the candidates
• Understand and analyze overall Clients needs and requirements. (Description, salary, expectations, etc.)
• With use of various tools and innovative recruiting styles, review and present the screened candidates to the clients
• Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with candidates
• Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the manager
• Updating with the respective domain knowledge
• Regular follow-up with candidates, and managing a healthy pipeline
• Scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and after interviews
• Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database
• Should be able to generate leads from candidates
• Ensure daily input of the new information in data base system and ensure duplicity check before data entry
• Meeting the defined time frame for the assignments
• Posting job descriptions on portals, E-Researches
• End to End coordination from client and candidate side.
