Reviewing and approval of RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statement) to ensure safety of all the individuals/properties involve with the activity.
Daily Project Inspection and providing observation reports / close out.
Organizing / Leading weekly HSE meeting for academic and non-academic projects.
Implementing the project HSE program and implementing ORGANISATION HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct general HSE toolbox meeting.
Lead and conducts compliance evaluation of equipment, structures and work in progress to ensure that environmental, safety and health standards of the organization and all applicable codes are followed.
Enforces contractor safety programs, environmental programs and contractor plans.
Investigate work accidents, injuries and occupational diseases to determine causes and preventive measures.
Report findings from accident investigation, facilities inspection and environmental testing.
Regularly present HSE related topics and safety meetings to workers to encourage awareness.
Conduct safety trainings.
Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting through E&PM.
