* Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marking, messaging and audience identification
* Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
* Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
* Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
* Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
* Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
* Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players an
* Develop content for a client project and support the creative teams with content to execute designs and concepts across all marketing channels.
* Support the Executive Copywriter and account project team in the development & production of content for a client project account on various marketing platforms.
* May attend meeting with account managers to discuss and obtain the client's requirements and core messages.
* Understand the goal, audience, and message of a client campaign and create suitable content.
* Align content to the client brand and campaign style to meet client’s expectations.
* Proofread content for grammar, spelling accuracy, and submit for approval.
* Coordinates with the creative team to ensure content is correctly flowed into design solutions.
* Collaborate with the project team throughout the account project lifecycle, from conceptual brainstorming to the evolution of content to meet or exceeds client requirements.
