Set-up and maintain outstanding services, achieve high customer satisfaction while at same time ensure cost efficient services, including best-in-class purchasing activities for all types of vehicles.
Document and permanently improve policies and procedures regarding this area and contribute to overall success of Support Services.
Policy and Procedures :
-Prioritizing, assigning, supervising and reviewing the work with employees to improve performance; implement disciplinary procedures.
-Prepare the QMS requirements including but not limited to job descriptions, KPI’s, processes, procedures…
-Supervise the implementation of Fleet Dep. Policy and Procedure and (at least) participates in writing those policies and procedures.
Leadership:
-Monitors and directs the daily activities of Fleet Management operations; prioritizes work to be completed.
-Interviews, trains and motivates Drivers, assigns and evaluates work, and disciplines according to established procedures; conducts performance appraisals; inspects completed work to ensure proper work performance.
Manage Contracts:
-Maintains contact with dealers to ensure service Continuity and the services completed as prescribed by Contract in a timely manner.
-Liaising with other departments and providing required services.
-Liaise with the insurance company and the broker in order to provide the best conditions for the group.
Internal Development:
-Organizing all documents and providing up on requirement.
-Maintaining professional & technical knowledge related to Fleet best practices.
-Establish reliable and accurate reporting methodology and templates in order to decently consolidate the fleet activities and statistics within the group.
-Provide feasibility studies as means of strategic decisions in addition to other analytical reports and studies.

Communication
-Internal: Departmental heads and Employees.
-External: Suppliers, Service Providers, Governmental Parties.
