Infrastructure Team Lead Experience
• To create and manage IT project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per defined quality and Cybersecurity standards.
• Server support, including: daily maintenance & monitoring of servers, SANs, virtual infrastructure, backups; application of security and functional patches & virus updates on all servers and workstations; manage the administration of Servers, Active Directory and various third-party applications.
• Network support, including identification, diagnosis, and resolution of network problems; configuration, maintenance, and backups of network component software; configuration & management of network monitoring; manage & troubleshoot problems with LAN/WAN communication equipment on private IP and IPSEC networks; performance analysis & capacity planning for network circuits & devices and specification & procurement of network circuits; maintain asset information & other network documentation.
• Cybersecurity support, including: daily health-check & security monitoring of industrial firewalls, routers, switches, third-party network circuits, server & workstation infrastructure; ensuring cybersecurity policies and procedures are implemented & followed on servers, workstations, printers, etc..
• Lead/oversee the troubleshooting of problems, including engaging the appropriate resources to implement fixes as quickly as possible.
• Raising risks, critical issues and escalations to senior management
• Own all aspects of service delivery, including on call and technical recovery
• Understanding of data backup strategies at multiple locations.
• Readily accepts responsibility and demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment as judged by peers and management.
• Leads other team members to create & update systems configuration documentation and technical specifications, develop and implement test plans and test scripts, and document server changes.
• Experience with remote site connectivity and understanding of location based security requirements.
MS Dynamics AX Experience
• Strong experience in MS Dynamics AX.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and processes, mapping them to the system’s capabilities, conducting fit-gap analysis, and documenting solution design.
• Manage the End-to-End delivery activities with delivery teams.
• Experience in all project’s lifecycle (analyze, design, build, test, and deploy).
• Experience in managing and conducting end-user training.
• MS Dynamics AX specialist who is adept at technical customizations and recommendations, technical design and specification, analysis, and who has experience using reporting tools such as SSRS, and making internal modifications on a MS Dynamics AX platform.
