The Sr. Functional Consultant serves as a subject matter expert for the business in the area of assigned SAP ERP module and its business processes. He will play a significant role in the design process, implementation, and ongoing enhancements for the SAP module. He will work closely and often facilitate efforts with the business in the definition of process and enhancements needed for the business systems. Responsible for having an in-depth knowledge of the assigned SAP module and direct configuration needed by gathering requirements design, configure, test, and implementing changes.
-Actively involved in end to end implementations from conceptualization to Go Live
-Responsible primarily for successful support to business and Implements new or maintains existing business solution in SAP CO area based on requirements analysis
-Proposes, programs or configures, documents and tests business solution in SAP CO application according to the functional and technical requirements
-Analyses and maps clients’ business requirements, processes and objectives. Develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
-Builds and maintains relationships with clients, develops own professional learning of SAP products and technologies. Collaborates with others to carry out assigned duties in a self-sufficient and independent way.
-Gather requirement design, configure, test, and implement changes, effectively communicate the status of tasks, raising risks and dependencies appropriately.
-Builds professional relationships with clients, team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions and support for development of business possibilities.
-Contributes to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of communication skills and cooperation; reaches and realizes project aims and outputs
-Experience in rolling out a Global Template, perform feasibility studies and process design reviews and Demonstrate profound knowledge of the assigned SAP Modules.
-Work as part of our creative and dynamic team utilizing process management methodologies, proof of concept engagements, conducting Fit/GAP.
-Accountable for timely delivery, meeting agreed standards, multi-tasking different activities, closely collaborating and mentoring the internal and external consultants
-Provide technical leadership, prioritizing, scoping, estimating, planning and delivery
-Focus on innovation, building and enduring healthy relationships with positive feedback from colleagues and customers
