• Coordinating with sales team on selection decision from clients.
• Conducting interviews (Skype, personal) for company scope selections.
• Generating Offer letters and contracts online and getting acceptance from selected employees.
• Preparing all legal documentation for embassies and agencies.
• Sharing visa details for generating MOFA no. for medicals of the employee.
• Preparing E-Wakalah request and processing from Finance.
• Sharing E-Wakalah to concerned agency.
• Document attestations, Document courier to embassies and agencies.
• Maintain centralized manpower mobilization report.
• Collecting weekly status reports from concerned agencies.
• verification of Mandatory checklist documentation.
• New arrival Air ticket issuance (if on company scope).
• On Boarding activities.
• Arrival notifications to concerned departments.
• On arrival mandatory documents handover and submission to Document controller.
• Preparing support letters for Visa stamping and visa cancellations.
• Meeting deadlines on mobilization and meeting targets set by supervisor.
• On Deputation working in source country until targets are met.
