• Responsible for ensuring efficient management of daily operations across the parts department and compliance to established processes, optimal deployment and utilization of manpower thereby improving the sales revenue.
• Supervise the review of all reports and operational activities on a regular basis to ensure that activities are monitored and any process deviations from plans will be corrected immediately and corresponding alternative actions will be installed.
• Ensure that year end stock taking activities are performed as per laid down processes and are completed on specified time to avoid delay in the delivery of parts to the centers under supervision.
