Our client is a European IT/ Technology service provider based in Saudi Arabia in a joint venture with a Saudi based Investment Conglomerate. The service provider is looking to hire an experienced Project Finance Manager in KSA to oversee the SAP implementations, Renew financial control on policy/procedures and most importantly to undertake project controlling.

Our client is an international IT / Technology service provider based in Saudi Arabia. They are currently looking to expand their current finance and accounting function and have introduced a brand-new position of a Project Finance Manager.
Description
Reporting directly to the General Manager and indirectly to the JV Partners finance teams, this Project Finance Manager will be responsible to/for:
Project Controlling and accounting
- Support with contractual management of projects on claims, contract terms, and compliance
- Provide insight and advice on business performance and generation
- Control all financial activities pertaining to the projects - cash flow, commercial and cost control
- Create and compile monthly costs and claims report for review and approval of the Director
- Solely responsible for contracts to meet all compliance requirements in terms of legal and corporate standards
- Implement and automate activities from different ERP to SAP
- Effective implementation of risk management procedures (commercial and financial)
- Prepare & review financial statements for service lines and markets
- Prepare Budgets, forecast and carry out variance analysis, outlook and previous year
- Support business by liaising with internal and external auditors
- Make any adhoc reports if needed
Profile
The successful candidate for this Project Finance Manager;- At least 5 years experience in managing projects
- 5- 7 years of project accounting experience in a multinational or conglomerate
- Implementation experience of SAP/ ORACLE
- Must be a native Arabic speaker
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership and initiative.
- Excellent Excel skills
