• Formulate and administer the general financial / management reporting activities to ensure that financial statements and reports accurately reflect the condition of business.
• Develop, interpret, and implement accounting concepts, or techniques required for preparing detail financial statements reviewing and analyzing financial plans, and recommending solutions for complex problems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following, while other duties may be assigned thereafter:
Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide
1. Senior management with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Group Business Units.
2. Proposed required reports and the related deadlines and ensure it application.
3. Develop and execute processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of the Group financial and operational performance.
4. Influence the accuracy and effectiveness of the corporate accounting consolidation and closing process.
5. Formulate reports templates to be used by the business units’ finance responsibilities that will serve the group objectives.
6. Prepare presentations in support of board and shareholders meetings, monthly/quarterly senior management meetings and various strategic committees of the Group.
7. Coordinate and capital spending review process for the company.
8. Participate in the financial modeling and due diligence efforts related to the company’s ongoing Mergers and Acquisitions “M&A” activities.
9. Participate in developing Hafil Holding financial policies and procedures and maintain updated financial policies and procedures.
10. Additional duties as directed by Manager.
Reports:
1. Consolidated Budget Annually
2. Presentation of consolidated Budget Annually
3. Actual Versus Budget management reports Monthly
i. Balance Sheet (compared to last period)
ii. Income Statement (compared with Budget/previous Month/last year Actual)
iii. Cash flow
iv. Notes to the accounts.
4. Updated consolidated Budget/FRCST Monthly
5. Updated consolidated Budget presentation Bi-Annual
CPA, CMA is a MUST.
15 years experience, at least 5 years in similar job.
