Performance Management
• Review and implement Performance Management process and guidelines periodically to incorporate changes.
• Conduct workshops for staff on performance management system to enhance understanding and adherence to system standards.
• Ensure managers are carrying out bi-annual and annual appraisals.
• Audit & validate appraisals.
• Prepare performance report and submit to compensation and benefits to facilitate payment of performance bonuses. Follow-up with line management for corrective intervention.
• Design and conduct client satisfaction survey for performance management system improvement.
• Review and validate PIP and PDP set by line managers for their team.
Learning & Development:
• Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
• Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual within budget;
• Carry out internal trainings.
• Update HR Core training and carry out for all employees.
• Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met;
• Evaluating training and development programs.
• Insure that all department trainings are aligned with HR policy and procedures.
• Follow up with Co-op students and insure there are on track.
Grievances & Discipline:
• Assist managers with correct following of procedure & documentation
• Manage all gross misconducts
• Ensure appropriate corrective action taken
