• Preparation of specifications and test methods of raw materials, packing materials and finished products
• Preparation of sampling plan.
• Ensure that SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) met all GxP, Regulatory and in-house requirements.
• Calibration and Qualification of laboratory equipment.
• Sampling and analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in process and finished products.
• Maintenance of reference standards and control samples.
• Manage Stability testing program. Plan and keep track of frequency, review of results and related documentation.
• Validation/verification of analytical methods
• Lead Quality related Investigations. Investigate out of specifications (OOS). Recommend CAPA for final decision.
• Complaint Handling: Evaluate & investigate product complaints. Recommend CAPA.
• Serve as QC representative during cross-functional/project meetings.
• Ensure QC staff is trained appropriately to perform the assigned tasks.
