To provide IS network, E-Mail, Core Business Applications and Desktop operational support with courteous, efficient, professional and timely service to the business using appropriate tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems. Observe, analyze and recommend areas of improvement of Information Services to the management.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications, telephones and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services.
Resolve user problems with PCs, Email systems, network printing etc. Monitor Windows servers for any error messages.
Install PCs and peripherals. Install and upgrade motherboards, disk drives, other boards and memory chips etc. Replace defective or inadequate software packages. Provide technical assistance and preliminary information to system users. Refer major hardware problems to vendor service personnel for correction.
Replace defective IT hardware equipment such as monitors, printers, keyboards, mouse and other IT peripherals.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7, Microsoft Office and any other authorized desktop applications.
Conduct basic operation training of retail system and other business application.
Create customer codes on ERP & Zulroute
Server and PC Hardware/ Software Issues (all Location except Abyar)
LAN and WAN network Issue (Dahban)
