-Insure a good relationship with customers and their history and confirm their monthly balance and outstanding credit to ensure its correct and visit them to protect debts of the company and our customers.
-Ensure correct balances and correct stocks for van sales trucks and comparing that with SAP and HHT.
-Ensure collecting of all customers dues and follow up with the sales team and matching Invoice with payment on SAP system.
-Daily reconciliation between sales and account receivable from HHT & SAP for van sales Reps to ensure no deference
-Matching the stamp receiving on the invoices to ensure the goods delivered to same customer which recorded.
-Physically comparing fixed asset and inventory on SAP system and actual results annually and do daily physical safe money count on SAP system to control cash on branch.
-Ensure correct process for payment, financial documents and control on expenses and enter all operations related to financial operations and expenses.
-Performing other duties / Projects related to finance department as assigned by the direct manger.
-ضمان وجود علاقة جيدة مع العملاء وتاريخهم و التحقق من رصيدهم الشهري والائتماني المعلق والقيام بزيارتهم بشكل دوري لحماية حقوق الشركة وعملائها.
-التأكد من صحة الارصدة وتصحيح المخزون لشاحنات المبيعات ومقارنتها مع نظامSAP وHHT
-ضمان جمع جميع مستحقات العملاء ومتابعتها مع فريق المبيعات ومطابقة الفاتورة مع الدفع على نظام SAP
-التسوية اليومية بين المبيعات وحساب المستحقات من HHT & SAP مندوبي مبيعات الشاحنات لضمان عدم وجود أي اختلاف
-مطابقة الاختام المستلمة على الفواتير لضمان تسليم البضائع إلى نفس العميل المسجل.
-مقارنة ما بين الأصول الثابتة والمخزون على نظام SAP والنتائج الفعلية سنويًا ومراجعة اموال الخزينة يوميا على نظام SAP للتحكم على النقد في الفرع.
-ضمان العملية الصحيحة لدفع المستندات المالية ومراقبة النفقات وادخال جميع العمليات الصحيحة المتعلقة بالعمليات المالية والمصروفات.
-أداء اي واجبات / مشاريع أخرى متعلقة بقسم الشؤون المالية حسب ما يحدده المدير المباشر
