• • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, management information systems or a related field
  • At least 3- 5 years of experience with a Global Freight Forwarder (Air, Sea freight exposure)
  • Candidate will provide operational support through the coordination of the quality, service and administrative functions in the pickup and delivery area and performs process checks to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Customer service skills necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests and issues
  • Ability to read, interpret and draw conclusions from numerical data and written information
  • Knowledge of concepts, practices, procedures and transportation regulations used in Pickup and Delivery and Line haul field operations, including Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
  • Gender: Male
